Refund Policy

We stand behind every course. If it isn't for you, we'll refund you.

1. Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

2. Eligibility

Refunds apply where you have consumed less than 25% of the course video content. This is tracked automatically in your account.

3. How to request

Email hello@umami.academy from the address you used to purchase, with your order reference (found on your receipt). No lengthy justification required.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 2–7 business days to reflect the funds.

5. After the window

After 7 days, or where more than 25% of the content has been consumed, we may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but they are not guaranteed.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery of the amount plus fees.
